It is divided into a meeting room, a larger, open space, where there are currently 8 workstations and a separate office, which is dedicated to the director.

It has its own sanitary facilities and a mini tea kitchen. There is a machine room in the gallery.

The offices are bright, with an E and W orientation. Takeover is possible immediately. It is rented on a long-term basis, monthly costs are approx. 300-400 EUR. There is no private parking, it is possible to park in the garage or next to the building.

Rental conditions: monthly rent of EUR 2,100 + VAT, security deposit of two rents required, the tenant assumes part of the cost of drawing up the rental agreement, which includes the following actions of the agent: execution of the handover of the property and drawing up of the minutes, participation in the transcription of the subscription fees, preparation and storage of the pictorial material, in accordance with the price list set out in the general terms and conditions of business of the real estate company, i.e. at the advertised rent, the tenant pays EUR 2,100 + VAT.
