The terms of the lease are the payment of the current rent (EUR 2450), a security deposit of EUR 5.000, the tenant pays part of the cost of drawing up the lease contract, which includes the following actions of the agent: the execution of the handover of the property and the drawing up of the minutes, participation in the transcription of the subscriptions, the preparation and storage of the pictorial material, in accordance with the price list set out in the general terms and conditions of business of the real estate company, i.e., at the advertised rent, the tenant pays the sum of EUR 2,000, plus VAT 22%.
