It is oriented to the west, heating and cooling is provided by a heat pump. All infrastructure (shops, cafés, post office, banks,...) is within walking distance, the beach is approx. 15 min walk away.

To be rented to a caring couple or single person, pets are unfortunately not allowed.

Rental conditions: monthly rent of EUR 1,200, operating costs are not included in the rent, security deposit of two rents required, the tenant assumes part of the cost of drawing up the rental agreement, which includes the following actions of the agent: execution of the handover of the property and drawing up of the minutes, participation in the transcription of the subscriptions, preparation and storage of the pictorial material, in accordance with the price list set out in the general terms and conditions of the real estate company, t. i.e. the tenant shall pay EUR 1.200 plus 22 % VAT on the advertised rent.
