Lease Terms: Monthly rent of 1,300 EUR; a security deposit of 2,600 EUR is required; operating costs are not included in the rent; the tenant is responsible for paying a portion of the cost of drafting the lease agreement, which includes the following services provided by the broker: conducting the property handover and drafting the handover report, assistance with transferring utility accounts, and the preparation and storage of photographic materials, in accordance with the price list specified in the real estate company’s general terms and conditions; that is, the tenant pays 1,300 EUR plus 22% VAT on the advertised rent.
