The office has all connections, fibre optic internet, heating with oil-fired central heating or inverter air conditioning. The office can be rented furnished or on request. Shared toilets. Operating costs are not included in the rental price. 

Additional offices available for rent. Parking space provided behind the lock by the building.

Rental conditions: monthly rent of EUR 300,00, security deposit of EUR 600,00 required, the tenant shall pay part of the cost of drawing up the rental contract, which includes the following actions of the agent: execution of the handover of the property and drawing up of the minutes, participation in the transcription of the subscriptions, preparation and storage of the pictorial material, in accordance with the price list set out in the general terms and conditions of the real estate company, i.e. the tenant shall pay the advertised rent of EUR 300,00, plus VAT at 22 %.
